With the continual late pay days, and the cuts in pay, the MT's are hurting. It is just a heads up to remind/WARN them that Christmas is the 25th and on a Monday which means payday is pushed back at least 1 day (don't forget payday was late more than a day or 2 with KS). After all, MT's have Christmas presents to buy and dinners to plan for or even out of town expenses, wouldn't it be nice to get paid on the 22nd in order to help with the expense of the holiday? As a matter of fact some management take nice vacations during that time, if you know what I mean.
