I estimated my wage for 2018 and I would receive 893/month towards a plan. Then I called and asked how do they calculate how much they take out of your tax refund and the answer was "we don't know until you file." Two years ago, my daughter bought on the marketplace and out of her $1200 refund, she received almost $300 because they took the rest to pay back the subsidy. I need my refund this year so that's out. Guess I'll just take the insurance MModal offers. Good thing I'm healthy.
