I wouldn't want to be pressured by the moneyed people above me either to berate the ones who produce the work and therefore their money while we get minimum wage and complained about for "makeup pay," even though it takes months to learn a new hospital or especially an account with 5 or 6 hospitals in it and we can't go very fast. I hope they won't find anyone to replace them! But I am sorry for your loss of a good boss, too.
