Just because you did not experience anything of the like, does not mean it is not true and surely do not put others down and ass-u-me. Not good you say. Listen, I never ever met someone who could not be trained at this job. Some of us have empathy and understanding. Some of us know how to train also and it is not by demeaning another to elevate one's self either. You surely do not downgrade. You teach constructively and not with abuse. Maybe you are one of the cherry pickers, a fav, one in the office, or you were there for years and given time in the beginning a better learning curve. Who knows. It doesn't matter. We all have to learn differently a new program, hospital, and dictators. Maybe you have been on the same account for years. Maybe you were able to learn new rules little by little over the years and not all at once. Maybe someone gave you normals for those ESLs who are inaudible. There is no way anyone could make out some of those ESLs. If you have worked there for a long time, maybe too you were on the same account. Many factors involved. There were times when it was obvious the horrid dictators were left. Sometimes those who were there longer also found ways to avoid the difficult dictators to not slow themselves down. Tricks of the trade. We know those take time to learn also. Be happy. Hopefully one day you will not falter and things will not change for you. Nobody wishes for you to be without a job like many good MTs are.
