They do almost entirely or entirely subcontracting for Nuance, the pay is crap, the accounts are even crappier (about 70% horrific ESLs and incredibly complex - in some cases incomprehensible and/or contradictory - client specifics), and as for "minimizing changes between accounts" as stated in their ad, I guess 3 times in 2 hours is what they consider "minimizing"...
