I opted out of this but I did note that coverage for spouse plus children was $300 something every 2 weeks. It drops way down without spousal coverage, don't remember exact figure but $100 something for self plus 2 kiddos. Self coverage alone was under $100 every 2 weeks if I recall correctly. That is medical. Vision and dental were fairly inexpensive ($15 every 2 weeks for each? not sure but low, similar to most plans elsewhere). Someone else here may have more exact figures, but that will at least give you a ballpark. Every time I have asked about insurance here this past year, someone has recommended I look into Affordable Care, so guessing there are better rates to be found outside MModal. IIRC, our premiums almost doubled last January.
