that this is the way to handle these buyouts. Take them on with a grin and a plan to exit as soon as possible.
A couple of things will happen eventually with the big MTSOs - your work will be outsourced/offshored or you will be so stressed you'll have to leave.
There is no future with the big two MTSOs.
If you notice a severe cut in wages or a change in your job requirements/skills (you're asked to edit and you only know how to transcribe), you still may be eligible for UE based on those things alone. There's no harm in applying for UE.
