but I don't think it was an Indian who answered. I do know they lost Joanna, one of the support techs who has helped me so much in the past. I was sad about that. God I hope that post up there isn't true. Have to say I wouldn't be surprised though. All these companies will do whatever to save $$. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if soon they are no longer able to truthfully claim NO offshore. I think I even doubt that currently.
