slow for a while until you get used to it, then when you finally get to the point where you're making a halfway decent wage....BAM! They take that account away from you and put you on a new one that you have to get used to again.....and THEN you get in trouble because you can't hit the job running. That's been MY experience anyway. Makes me sick!
