That's even worse. So I listen and can't get it and then you listen and can't get it. We both get punished. Well maybe, just maybe, we should be cut some slack. If two sets of ears can't get it, maybe it's not because we're substandard employees. Two listens without resolution is a sure sign that two people tried their best and punishment is not warranted. Just maybe.
