I made 15 cpl in 1989 with NO experience or knowledge in this field, on a typewriter, and a line was a line was a line (my 3 initials were a line, the date was a line, etc). Transcend bought my company, too, and gave us a pay cut. You know the rest - Nuance bought Transcend and cut our pay again. Anyone young should run from the thought of doing this job and never look back.
