Nuance QC% SCAM! - lls

Nuance MTs -- Do you know that if you have a no-blanks-allowed account and you send a report to QA for one blank but QA can't get it either, it still counts against your QC%? Now I want to know, if QA can't get the blank, does it count against his/her metrics? I'm waiting for a reply from my manager. Do they even have metrics like MTs do? And what if the client themselves can't even get the blank? Does that still count against metrics? What a scam!
