Wow! Talk about "alternative facts." - anon

SN is the good soldier. She does what she is instructed to do by the owner, CR. Wonder why SN is coming to the defense of the company. Nobody wants to be known as the bad guy. SN is nasty and does not know at all how to communicate constructively. Her reputation precedes her. For the most part, the comments are true and from experience. There is little training and you kind of have to train yourself and make your own normals and remember new rules, but be fast as there is really no time for stopping. No time for learning nor mistakes. Yet the dictators can be just horrid and
there are to be no blanks. The hospital has in-house MTs, so you know that they are probably on a line count also, so they send out the horrid reports, or those in the service office are cherry picking also. Just be prepared for some bad dictations.

The positives are that it is straight typing. The pay is better than 8 cents, which was the going rate for 30+ years, the timekeeper is very nice and the pay always on time. It is better than most if you also are a good soldier, make no mistakes, can be perfect, leave no blanks on horrible dictators, faster than the average, and can handle nasty.

And yes, women will say they are happy with the job at first and not listening to those who posted their experiences. Lady Gaga's song applies though, "Until It Happens To You." Maybe it will not, and hopefully so as we do this job because we like it and we try. We surely do not do it to be abused...and that is the truth and I know it.
