I completely wasted my time dealing with them too, reporting a HIPAA violation of an MT company who was using real dictation with patient names included for testing online (which I discovered upon applying for a job with them and taking their test).
The ridiculous OCR HIPAA representative I dealt with believed the company's spiel about it not being real patients or actual dictation, which any MT at all would know was a lie just listening to it. At least my reporting it got them to take the dictation down off the Internet. There wasn't even any passwording! Just a link with access to the sound files.
