Metrics okay. Why am I on warning? - Laura

Okay, so my verbal warning has escalated to performance action plan based on my metrics. I specifically asked my manager what types of checks count towards my metrics. She specifically said Post Audit and Post Audit M. So I went into Fiesa and searched the last month's Post Audit and Post Audit M checks. Fiesa says I'm at 100% accuracy. So why am I on performance action plan? I must be searching wrong. I don't understand!!!
