Our group has been getting daily audit reports for a facility because, although we are getting aggregate passing scores, we are not passing individual metrics. QAM does put up the errors and corrected errors, which is helpful. No MTs are identified and are informed privately. Whomever audited one of those documents needed to check their facts before marking illogical text and failure to flag. The text was not illogical. The x-ray finding is indeed a condition and it matched the rest of the sentence. I double checked that to make sure I have not be wrong for the last 25 years, and I was not wrong. It wasn't a document I had edited, but I think I will stand up for that MT, especially as that error caused a failing score.
