I would hope that after you provided written documentation basically showing the owner lied that some investigation would be going on through the UE office into that company. How do they keep getting away with crap like this? That person lied to keep you from getting your UE. I just don't understand why all the underhanded, sneaky, dirty pratices employed by these MTSOs has not been brought to light and harshly dealt with yet. If I were to barely think of trying something that they do, I would be under a federal prison, not in it!!!
