field by the #1 thing that killed incomes: working at home so that competition for jobs came from across the nation, and outside it, instead of being limited to commuting distances from hospitals.
And any who imagine Obamacare is their problem should hold their breath for improvement when Obamacare is gone. (Along with coverage for preexisting conditions, unlimited lifetime coverage for conditions, etc., etc.)
They are not just doomed to disappointment there, and perhaps shortened life spans, but are going to be surprised all over again when super-smart computers become fully implemented. The vast majority of us will be reading about it from OUTSIDE the industry.
By the way, remote human competition for whatever the new computers leave can now be in 150 nations around the planet.
That damned Obamacare!
