On the first point only. 1. Yes, we are paid on time. We were paid during the crash based on estimated lines for the pay period. We were fortunate. Some companies did not pay at all because they could not access their line counts. 2. Communication is through our chat board (Slack) and direct messaging. It is a laid back atmosphere and we use our chat board to ask questions, find out what accounts have what work or ask someone to listen to a word. We do try to interact with everyone. 3. Work is on a first-come first-served basis. Whomever wants to jump in and work is free to do so, unless a report is specifically assigned to someone. You are not expected to rush because we want the quality of reports, not the quantity since Nuance fines their vendors for mistakes. Nuance is NOT our QA; Nuance does audits of everyone's work so both will know what the quality percentage is, same with every other vendor. They are NOT directly responsible for QA. If you consistently have bad reports, yes, you will be limited on the amount of work you can do.
