1. The pay is low but they pay on time.2. The communication is only though the IM and it is like a high school atmosphere with the favorites. If you try to e mail you will not get an answer. 3. The work goes to the favorites. There is no stress because they don't expect you to rush as Nuance is their QA and they will get the metric system like an employee which is why we are paid so low. So they would rather you be slow and get paid really little so they can have 100% on their metrics and make bonus. So imagine working for someone who is an employee of Nuance. They get the bad feedback, they have to deal with Nuance nitpicking and while we don't deal with Nuance directly we have to be 100% perfect or they will get in trouble and lose the account. So while there is no pressure there is pressure and if you aren't up to snuff your cue will have little work. Deceptive job. Still under the ugly head of Nuance as are a few other IC jobs and Nuance can take away the accounts with no notice. Be careful.
