ANYTHING is better than Nuance. I got away from them and am happier and paid more (though not like it used to be), but still better than the not much over minimum wage I was getting at Nuance. But sadly while I am happier at my new company, I live every day worrying that the other shoe will drop and I'll get laid off due to no work or whatever other reason. This job just isn't secure anymore, and it's caused me loads of stress. I hope you can find something better than Nuance; in any case what have you got to lose by looking? They don't deserve any seasoned MTs.
