If not Andrews... - Laurie G.

I'll probably get flamed by the other posters here, but I STILL say Andrews is your best bet if you truly believe coding is for you.

Yes, I am a former Andrews student; however, I did not graduate and I did not drop out. I withdrew after several life events, plain old defeat, and fear of failure forced me into a corner and I ran out of time. I got caught in the cracks, if you will, between ICD-9 and ICD-10, but Linda Andrews bent over backwards for me (more than once) with extensions and sabbaticals. By the time all was said and done, I spent 3 years in Andrews and completed Module III. I taught myself ICD-10 and just recently passed the CPC.

Is her program perfect? Of course not. I spent nearly a year researching all the schools/programs for coding. There have been naysayers on this forum against Andrews for years, but I still say she has the best program out there for the money.

Best wishes in whatever decision you make.
