Had other offers, but somehow, I would talk myself out of leaving every time. Stayed right up until the bitter end (laid off since August), and even then, I was still upset. Asked myself "why" over and over again. How could I be upset about finally getting out of the clutches of something causing me so much stress?
I think you're doing the right thing though. Definitely hang in there and if you sense it coming, get the ball rolling on UE as soon as you can because it can take a little while to get going.
