Pay structure change - No newbie

I will be very adversely affected by the pay structure change, taking a 50-60% pay cut. When it gets to the point that you are making less than minimum wage for a job you take great pride in for contributing to good patient care, all because of corporate greed, I think it is time to move on. I feel disrespected at best right now; insulted and sickened may be more accurate. I have a feeling this will blow up in their face but I won't be around to witness it.
