I've always believed that healthcare has about the best job outlook there is as far as growth and ability to find a job. (Obviously depends on what you're doing in healthcare!) What are the folks leaving healthcare looking to do now? I'd guess IT is probably still pretty decent but I imagine not what it was a handful of years ago, and from what I've seen the entry level salary has decreased a lot. Ugh!!! I shouldn't be struggling this much with my future in middle age. :/
