Seeing the picture - Now

Hi:

I have been getting paid minimum wage since my job was outsourced. Two years ago, I made $13.50 as an employee of 15 years at a local hospital. So with 17 years of experience and knowledge in the MT field, this is my compensation (minimum wage). I am on the road to applying to college in my 40s. The MT field is awful.

I have to let go.
