Oh this sounds like my company. Unfortunately, I tried to "play" games back to combat cherry pickers, and got on "their" radar. Now they can say I cherry picked when I didn't, when, boohoo, they typed a job they didn't like. The system doesn't actually log when jobs are taken, so it's all based on their word, and the QA are so trustworthy (why does most of the nonsense happen when their own supervisors are not online?). All this time I thought some of my co-MTs were breaking rules, but now I wonder if it's QA and the other higher-ups.
In the end, it's not worth it to complain or play games. Do the work or find something else, I guess.
