I feel your pain. At one point in my career as an MT, I was earning between $38 and $40 an hour and now earn $18 an hour. I don't know how most of the upper personnel or the QA team sleeps at night. It is unfortunate that nothing has been done to uncover the treatment Nuance renders its most valuable employees who help keep this lousy company afloat. I am 65 and working part-time so until they let me go, I will continue to work for them because at this point in my life I am not so sure if I can earn that $18 an hour elsewhere. It is the one and only reason I am here.
