This was while training on a new platform and with account instructions of 40+ pages and mostly speech documents with detailed templates that weren't actually templates at all...basically ended up being easier to straight type (at the lower SR rate or course) vs fighting with the template changes. I finally told my suoervisor I would only do the work types that didn't involve all those God awful time consuming templates. Her reply? "You can't type sore throats and snotty noses forever." The h*ll you say! I'll take snotty noses and sore throats at $20/hour vs more "stimulating" work at less than $5/hour any day!
