Their job is to recruit. They will lie and tell you what they think you want yo hear. But none of them ever worked on production and none of them ever dealt with the extreme micromanaging this behemoth company has become. They monitor inactive time. They monitor schedule. They monitor line count. They monitor for discrepancies between log in to your timecard and your time card. Mmodal stinks. Run run as fast as you can.
