Dragon does not get penalized - where I work, the doctors use Dragon, and if the doctor does not edit (which about 80% of them do not), it goes right into the medical record as is, bad grammar and errors and all. Not one complaint from the hospital.

You should fight for the same rights as Dragon. Just keep hitting them hard with it.
