This was probably 10 years ago or so. At the time, I had 30 years experience. I had even taught MT back in 1990. Because I didn't have a degree I was rejected. Said they wanted a degree and at least 3 years experience as an MT. Didn't make sense. I told them you aren't even scratching the surface of learning with only 3 years experience, certainly not enough to teach. Don't get me started on the QA people.
