This is SO HELPFUL. I am both an employee and an IC - lost them both this week. I have been in this business for 26 years....I think I will follow your lead and post exactly what I am looking for here. I am experienced, dependable, and incredibly accurate. I don't care about or need the benefits, I just want enough work for fair pay, that's all! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, your words and idea have turned my whole day around....
