I am not sure of the guidelines either with UE. Yet, you are correct in that one hates to give it up because you need every penny, even though it is nothing anyone can live on. You may have to call the UE office for clarification and you will be on hold for a long time, but they will be the ones to contact. It is conveniently on line for certification, but if you goof up, it boots you out and you have to call the office or go in anyway. Yet once you explain what you do and how they pay, the UE employee cannot even understand. Tape a dictation of what we are expected to do and maybe the UE employee will grant you benefits. This job is unethical totally. All we want to do is work and they have cut us off of a career. Need to find another career, but what at retirement age. Don't know.
