and on 100% QA, the first thing you do is put a QA marker at the top of the report and then anywhere where you have a question. If you only have the first marker at the top, this goes automatically to QA until they clear you to be off 100% QA. After that, depending on the account, any QA marker first goes to QA for a second listen. If they can fill it in, they do and send to the client. If they can't they remove the QA marked and put double underscores and the client gets it for fill-in. Whatever method your MTSO uses should be followed. It may be different than what I am describing. Just do what they tell you to do until you get cleared by them.
