you are told to put a QA marker at the top of the document, as well as any trouble spots in the document.
You're told that this stops the document from going to the facility? Isn't that true on the programs or platforms, a QA marker stops the document from going out of the system and it only goes to the QA people? Isn't that the purpose of QA markers, to stop blanks or errors from going to the facility?
Isn't it the facility's responsibility or the MTSO, to make sure that program is set up properly to ensure those QA markers do stop the report from going to the facility?
