because almost any time someone has something positive to say, they're accused of being a recruiter, working for management, or shouted down by people who don't believe them. Most companies have pro and con reviews here, but checking other sites helps give a balanced picture. I like my current company, but I also checked Glassdoor first. Trust your instincts--it never hurts to send a resume.
