Hey, the incentive pay does not factor in so take it off your claim. It took 4 weeks for mine to get straightened out too as I thought if I got a check after being laid off I was to claim it. I messed up and claimed the paycheck from August because we did not get paid until September for it The incentive was for way b4 we got laid off. The only thing that should be on your claims is the severance if u took it and any work 09-12 forward, and that is actual work earned from 09 12 forward, not if u received a check since then. So did u work on or after 09 12? If u did that is what u claim plus severance, nothing else, because the incentive work was actually done outside the time frame,i.e, back in june July, we just weren't paid then, but it does not count against u.
