BC is my primary also. I work late and I haven't noticed a slowing for a while. And my opinion on the blanks is that I think this is another way for them to just pay the minimum amount per line that they can. It's not the facility that wants this, it is the company. I just can't for the life of me understand why I have to be penalized for poor dictation practices, poor audio, etc. Crazy.
