If I don't work my schedule I can get fired. But if they don't give me work during my schedule nothing happens to them. They just make me adjust my life so I can work at different hours.
So what is the point of a schedule then? Not drama just yet another way for Noel and his minions to take advantage of their remote workforce. They have no respect for my time or my knowledge or experience, just expecting me to make up the time which only benefits them and certainly not me. It may not be fraud, but it is taking advantage of employees.
