On audit, it was pointed out that I should not have used a comma, I should have used a semi-colon. Report was perfect, no medical mistakes, ESL doctor who never keys in correct MR, so I always have to search by the name he gives with his accent but what mattered was I used a comma! I was not feeling like working tonight, this just adds to the feeling. Unbelievable!
