Maybe someone from MM or N can chime in here on training newbies to cherry pick.....oh wait, they terminate for that! I think you're way off base here, honey. The general consensus is cherry picking is frowned upon at any time. BTW, back when there were recordings were on tapes, I would specifically ask for the doctors I hated to do most, because after doing them straight away for a week or two, I'd be excellent at them. Try that next time, rather than cherry picking!
