Sometimes? Maybe new people are being trained on that account and being given the easy dictators to start with, to learn the system and the account specs and the dictators and the terms?
and before anyone starts screaming and cursing me out for being an advocate of picking, let me just say that yes, that's how I've been trained in several places to include large to medium hospital systems as well as some MTSOs.
of course the managers aren't going to tell you this, they dont tell us every single thing they do for training, monitoring the system, and so on. They dont have time.
Perfectly logical reasoning.
