Word has an auto save. You can adjust how often. Stedman's medical pharmaceutical spellchecker is used by many. Three places in four weeks indicates you did not stay long enough anywhere to really get comfortable. I'm assuming you were not fired but quit? Was this because you do not have Word, Express Scribe, and your own expander database? All the things you described are skills most ICs take for granted, I think. This is an opportunity for you to expand your knowledge base.
