One of the reasons I quit Modal was because of the OOW nonsense. If I have to drag myself up to be on pc at a scheduled time then dammit they need to pay me for that shift--work or no work!
My time is money and if they are going to make MTs work on a schedule then they have to pay for that contracted shift and that means NO clocking out and having to make it up at a later time if there is no work.
Having to clock out and get on at another time screws up other people at their scheduled time as well.
When is this BS going to stop??
