cherry picking - madMT Posted: Oct 28th, 2017 - 8:48 pm In Reply to: cherry picking - so obvious
I sent my OM an email complaining about cherry picking on my shift by the other 2 people I work with (I work nights/early morning). She informed me she was sure that wasn't happening, it was just a COINCIDENCE that I always got the ESL doctor that dictated almost always 20-minute reports, so nothing was done...to them. I, however, was picked on by QA and every other week for 4 long months they found a critical error. I'd been working for Nuance for 9-1/2 years by that point with a critical error/other error average of every couple of months. I learned not to complain. My OM is considered very nice by the other MTs, but I know better.
