According to the NTS website (http://www.ntsindia.in/mttraining.asp) MLs's in Bangalor start out at about 8000 rupees per month. Any questions why NTS likes to use "homeland" personne?. Think of it this way - If US QC personnel are paid per production and Banglador QC personnel are paid by the month, what kind of incentives can NTS offer their Bangalor QC personnel? How about a bounty on how many points they deduct from US MLS reports to lower the US MLS pay scale on the grid?
