imedx OUT of work. Same story, different day. Has anyone heard anything? - are ICs asked to log off

My OM has not addressed the low work at all, ever. I guess she doesn't care. Does anyone know if the ICs are asked to log off/told they're not needed during peak daytime hours? I guess the plan is to have so little work unavailable for the emoloyees that they're forced to go IC due to not meeting line requirements. I'm so fed up with this mess. Looks like it's the new industry standard though.
