I would suggest requesting they to contact Reynola in the Atlanta Office. This was a TAA filed out of Atlanta. Several have received the benefits. They will not get a list of laid off employees as Nuance has yes to provide this information upon request. Reynola knows all the details. The TAA is already approved and as long as you are an "affected employee" (meaning laid off from Nuance between 2012 and November 2017). Good luck!!
