No need to type the whole set of initials. After the first 2 initials you can jump ahead and type the relevant initials: tpor gives you a variety of sentences containing the patient and the operating room.
Then you also can take advantage of what Instant Text calls continuations. So you would type tptpw;;;; to produce The patient tolerated the procedure well and was taken to the recovery room in good condition with the possibility of a large variety of other phrases to produce such as The patient tolerated the procedure well and was brought to the recovery room in satisfactory condition depending on what Instant Text picked up when creating the glossary.
